PACE Zenith Awards 2010
The Process & Control Engineering (PACE) magazines 7th annual PACE Zenith Awards were held at the RACV Club in Melbourne on 17th June 2010. The awards are the highest acknowledgment of engineering leadership and achievements of companies delivering process control engineering projects throughout Australia and New Zealand. The PACE Zenith Awards consist of eight industry categories and an overall "Project of the Year" winner chosen from the winner of each industry category. The Fifty finalists assembled for the awards ceremony dinner to hear the verdict of the awards four independent judges.
Sigma NSW nominated its BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance Gregory Mine CHPP Control System Upgrade Project which was completed November 2009 in the PACE Zenith Awards Mining, Minerals & Exploration category. Sigma NSW received the "Winners" award of this category.
Sigma NSW was also awarded the PACE Zenith Awards overall "Project of the Year" also for its BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance Gregory Mine CHPP Control System Upgrade Project.
